Job Summary
Clinical Psychologist provides individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Role includes developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, maintaining timely clinical documentation in an EMR, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. There is no administrative burden, with full support for billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications. Opportunities include 32-hour and 40-hour work weeks, sign-on bonus for FT, and a range of benefits. Positions require doctoral-level psychology training, active licensure, and the ability to deliver in-person services at assigned facilities; preference for experience in geriatric/subacute settings and a strong emphasis on mentorship, professional growth, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state applying for
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance
