Job Summary
Clinical Psychologist role providing in-person psychotherapy in geriatric subacute and skilled nursing facilities across NJ/NY/PA/MD. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group psychotherapy, diagnosing and treating emotional/behavioral conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, cognitive decline), developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, and maintaining timely clinical documentation using our clinician-designed EHR. Offers customizable full-time or part-time schedules with 32- or 40-hour weeks, salary ranges from $80k-$125k with uncapped FFS bonus, sign-on bonus up to $8k for FT, and comprehensive benefits. Requires Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and active unrestricted license and ability to provide in-person services at facilities. Remote work not indicated; positions located in NJ with travel to facilities across applicable states.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology for an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in State applying for
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
