Job Summary
Clinical Psychologist conducting in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of VA disability processes. Role involves reviewing electronic medical records via a secure portal, documenting exam findings, and completing VA forms. No treatment or prescribing. Full-time, in-person schedule in San Antonio, with an average caseload of four Veterans per day. Requires Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program and an active, unrestricted Psychology license. Proficiency with electronic documentation and web-based portals, strong analytical and time-management skills, and a compassionate, professional demeanor when interacting with Veterans. Equipment and training provided; predictable schedule with no on-call duties.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program
- Active & unrestricted Psychology license
- Ability to review electronic medical records
- In-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans
- No treatment or prescribing of medication responsibilities
- Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
- Location: In-person role
- Caseload: 4 Veterans per day on average
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and web-based portals
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
