Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one remote counseling sessions via video consultations using evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and SFBT to support content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals. Assess and manage clinical risks while maintaining accurate case notes and session data. Communicate timely with the clinical team and stay informed on Trust & Safety developments to ensure best practices. Requires an active, unrestricted PSYPACT license, doctoral degree, and minimum three years of clinical experience. Flexible schedule available for remote work across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
- Active, unrestricted PSYPACT licence to deliver telepsychology services across multiple states
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong data management and administrative skills
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy
- Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST)
