Job Summary

Manage an active caseload while collaborating closely with facility staff, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize care and reduce behavioral crises. Complete documentation aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards, offering consultation and in-services to support staff under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed in California
- Medicare-eligible
- Value evidence-based practice and clinical flexibility
- Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity
- Want autonomy without isolation, and support without micromanagement
- Curiosity, compassion, and the ability to see the person behind the chart
