Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services, including assessments, treatment planning, and psychological testing. Deliver brief, solution-focused therapy and neuropsychological evaluations while coordinating care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Maintain daily appointments in electronic records, complete biopsychosocial documentation, and supervise psychology trainees per ABA compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including participation in high-risk programs. Demonstrate cultural competency with the LGBTQ+ community. This role operates part-time (32 hours) and requires a Connecticut clinical license with a doctoral degree.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D)
- Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut
- Ability to diagnose using DSM 5
- Experience providing direct clinical care
Desired Qualifications
- Neuropsychological or psychological testing experience
- Experience supervising trainees/students
- Additional certifications in specialized clinical care such as DBT, CBT, trauma informed care, etc.
- Experience/knowledge of substance use disorders
- Experience/competency in working with LGBTQ+
