Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services for patients, including youth, while administering assessments, treatment plans, and psychological testing. Deliver brief, solution-focused therapy and neuropsychological evaluations, then coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams and external agencies. Maintain daily appointments in electronic records, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and document treatment planning. Participate in high-risk programs and supervise psychology trainees under ABA compliance. Demonstrate cultural competency with the LGBTQ+ community. Work 32 hours part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D)
- Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut
- Ability to diagnose using DSM 5
- Experience providing direct clinical care
Desired Qualifications
- Neuropsychological or psychological testing experience
- Experience supervising trainees/students
- Additional certifications in specialized clinical care such as DBT, CBT, trauma informed care, etc.
- Experience/knowledge of substance use disorders
- Experience/competency in working with LGBTQ+
