Clinical Psychologist

Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and psychological testing/evaluations. Provide initial mental health assessments resulting in measurement-based care planning and deliver brief, solution-focused therapy alongside group psychoeducation for specific diagnoses. Coordinate services across children, adolescents, adults, and families while maintaining daily and weekly appointments in electronic records. Participate in high-risk programs and supervise psychology trainees in accordance with ABA compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external partners to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain required documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment implementation, while demonstrating cultural competency with the LGBTQ+ community.
