Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services, including assessments, treatment planning, and psychological testing for patients across all age groups. Deliver brief, solution-focused therapy and group psychoeducation while participating in care coordination and high-risk programs. Maintain daily appointments in electronic records, complete biopsychosocial assessments and documentation, and supervise psychology trainees per ABA compliance. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, demonstrating cultural competency with the LGBTQ+ community. Schedule: part-time, 32 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D)
- Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut
- Ability to diagnose using DSM 5
- Experience providing direct clinical care
Desired Qualifications
- Neuropsychological or psychological testing experience
- Experience supervising trainees/students
- Additional certifications in specialized clinical care such as DBT, CBT, trauma informed care, etc.
- Experience/knowledge of substance use disorders
- Experience/competency in working with LGBTQ+
