Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapeutic services including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and psychological testing. Deliver brief, solution-focused therapy and group psychoeducation while coordinating care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Maintain daily appointments in electronic records, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and supervise psychology trainees under ABA compliance. Work within a multidisciplinary team and participate in the high-risk program, demonstrating cultural competency with the LGBTQ+ community. This part-time role offers 32 hours weekly for a licensed psychologist in Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D)
- Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut
- Ability to diagnose using DSM 5
- Experience providing direct clinical care
Desired Qualifications
- Neuropsychological or psychological testing experience
- Experience supervising trainees/students
- Additional certifications in specialized clinical care such as DBT, CBT, trauma informed care, etc.
- Experience/knowledge of substance use disorders
- Experience/competency in working with LGBTQ+
