Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat residents in skilled nursing facilities while managing an active caseload for geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations. Provide psychological services to support staff under pressure, collaborate with facility teams on consultation and in-services, and complete documentation aligned with Medicare standards. Prevent hospitalizations and reduce behavioral crises through evidence-based practice in a milieu setting.
