Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, and treat residents in long-term care settings via in-person and telehealth modalities. Provide psychological services to address psychosocial challenges and promote personal growth for individuals in nursing home environments. Work with the geriatric population to help residents adjust to life in a facility while finding meaning in their daily lives. Hours vary based on current caseload as a PRN position, with a pathway to transition to part-time or full-time status as volume increases.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology, master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
- An active Kansas license
- Must adhere to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Must comply with all state and federal regulations while performing job responsibilities
