Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Psychologists needed in Washington to join a practice with in-office, hybrid, and remote options. Responsibilities include patient care across adult and/or child/adolescent populations, clinical collaboration, and adherence to a productivity-based compensation model. The role offers a competitive compensation package ($125k-$160k annually), W2 employment, sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits (401K with 4% match, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance), CEUs, and a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends). Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington with a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
- Fully licensed in WA as a Psychologist
- Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
- Psychological testing available but not required
