Job Summary
Clinical Psychologist needed at the Military Medical Center, Nellis AFB, NV, operating as a contract position through a Florida-based service provider. Responsibilities include brief cognitive/behavioral interventions in primary care, potential group classes, on-demand consultation with Primary Care Managers, documentation in EMR, and support for RPA operators. Requirements include a PhD/PsyD in psychology, active licensure in a U.S. jurisdiction, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical psychology experience. The role involves limited telework (up to two half-days) and a hybrid work arrangement with on-site duties at Nellis Air Force Base. Duty schedule is Monday–Friday with standard clinic hours, plus mission-driven adjustments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Air Force
- Minimum of one year experience as a clinical psychologist
- Current license to practice psychology in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with proof of currency
