Job Summary
Clinical psychologist in long-term care facilities providing individual psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and development of treatment plans for adults and/or seniors. Collaborates with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams, delivers in-service education, maintains accurate documentation, and participates in supervision and ongoing clinical training. Requires doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in clinical or counseling psychology and an active state license; candidates should have substantial experience with adults/seniors and exhibit strong communication skills and cultural humility.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited college/university
- Active license to practice in State(s) where MTC Care operates
- Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior patient population
- Strong communication skills and cultural humility
