Job Summary
Screen and interview patients, perform psychological and bio-psychosocial evaluations, and determine appropriateness for primary care settings. Use objective outcomes to evaluate treatment effectiveness, develop and teach skill-building classes, and provide high-level expertise in human behavior as a primary care team member. Requires a doctoral degree, current unrestricted clinical license, and one year of specialized federal experience. Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service which includes performing psychological evaluations, developing behavioral health treatment plans, and providing psychological counseling services
- Current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently offered by a U.S. State, District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction
