Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based treatment interventions for clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, and behavioral issues in outpatient settings. Deliver services via telehealth from a home office or in-person at LifeStance Health locations across Massachusetts. Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional compensation while running clinical groups. Maintain a full caseload supported by staff handling credentialing, insurance authorizations, and collections. Begin before obtaining full licensure eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
- skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents
- struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders
- behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional pay
- Ability to run groups
