Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and children struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, and behavioral struggles in outpatient group office settings. Provide telehealth services from a home office or work in designated office locations across multiple Massachusetts communities. Manage full caseloads supported by staff handling credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payments to minimize administrative burden. Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional pay and run therapeutic groups within the multi-disciplinary practice.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
- skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents
- struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders
- behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
