Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and children, adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, and behavioral issues. Provide services in outpatient group office settings or via telehealth from a home office within a multi-disciplinary practice featuring robust risk management and full support staff for credentialing and insurance authorizations. Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional compensation while maintaining a full caseload through a strong referral stream. Work a hybrid schedule with total autonomy across locations including Arlington, Boston, and Cambridge.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
- Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents
- Experience treating clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders
- Experience treating clients with behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
- Ability to supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows
- Ability to run groups
- Hybrid schedule availability (telehealth from home office and in-office work)
