Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based treatment interventions for clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, and behavioral challenges in outpatient settings. Deliver services via telehealth from a home office or within one of our nationwide locations including Arlington, Boston, and Cambridge. Provide clinical supervision for interns and postdoctoral fellows, facilitate group therapy sessions, and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary practice. Maintain full caseloads supported by staff handling credentialing, insurance authorizations, and collections. Begin before obtaining full licensure eligibility and enjoy total scheduling autonomy with a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
- skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents
- struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, adjustment-related disorders
- behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
