Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based treatment interventions for clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, and behavioral issues in outpatient group office settings. Deliver services via telehealth from a home office or in-person at designated locations across Massachusetts. Manage full caseloads with strong referral streams while maintaining clinical autonomy. Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional compensation and facilitate group therapy sessions. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary practice environment supported by staff handling credentialing, insurance, and collections. Begin before obtaining full licensure eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
- Skilled in evidence-based treatment interventions for adults and/or children, adolescents
- Experience with trauma
- Experience with anxiety
- Experience with mood (depression, bipolar)
- Experience with chronic stress
- Experience with impulse-control issues
- Experience with grief/loss
- Experience with adjustment-related disorders
- Experience with behavioral, social, and emotional struggles
- Ability to supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional pay
- Ability to run groups
