Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic assessments, including administering the ADOS-2, CARS-2, or ADI-R, to evaluate individuals with neurodevelopmental and behavioral health needs. Develop individualized, evidence-based recommendations and interventions while providing individual, family, or group therapeutic services. Communicate evaluation results clearly and compassionately to clients, families, and caregivers, and collaborate with behavior analysts, therapists, educators, and medical providers in a multidisciplinary team. Offer clinical consultation, training, and supervision to staff and support the development of pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral psychologists. Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards across all clinical services.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Current Missouri psychologist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- At least one year of experience in child clinical or pediatric psychology
- Ability to communicate clinical findings clearly and compassionately
- Strong collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical, individualized, and inclusive care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other neurodevelopmental conditions
- Experience administering or interpreting the ADOS-2, CARS-2, or ADI-R
- Experience with psychological assessment and diagnostic feedback
- Previous clinical supervision, teaching, research, or training experience
