Job Summary
Generate and post physician schedules monthly to maximize efficiency and meet target goals. Maintain real-time schedule changes, manage physician availability and restrictions, and handle shifts, extensions, and trades. Assist in forming facility-specific panels, compile coverage progress summaries, and resolve capacity needs through physician outreach. Create reports on capacity and coverage by service line or physician group to support leadership decisions. Handle physician scheduling tasks while collaborating across Sales, Client Engagement, and Practice Management teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years in physician scheduling or workforce management related experience
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly effective communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an emphasis on hitting key deliverables/dates
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and general computer skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a high growth, 100% remote, fast-paced organization
