Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients. Address a range of clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more. Collaborate with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs. Roles require a Master's degree in Counselling/Counselling Psychology (Counsellor) or Clinical Psychology (Clinical Psychologist), with at least 300 hours of clinical/therapy experience post-qualification and practicum, and active professional licenses. Must be proficient in English and an additional local language; openness to occasional onsite work is a plus. Location options include Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (Cape Town).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Masters Degree in Counselling / Counselling psychology (for Counsellor) or Minimum Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology (for Clinical Psychologist)
- minimum 300 hours of counselling/clinical/therapy experience post qualification & practicum/ placement/ internship
- Active licenses applicable to country of practice
- Experience: 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
- Proficiency in English and local language
