Clinical Project Manager (Oncology)

Job Summary
Act as primary liaison with clients, resolving issues and ensuring questions are answered. Lead and direct cross-functional team leaders and third-party vendors while managing project contractual deliverables, including progress, quality, scope, and cost. Provide feedback on project team members' performance to respective line-managers and participate in bid defense processes. Maintain detailed understanding of functional service areas to lead multifaceted teams effectively with little supervision. Develop in-depth analysis and projections of project timelines and financials for senior and customer management. This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in clinical research within a CRO, with a preferred undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research within a CRO
- Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key responsibilities of this job
- Licensed healthcare professional (i.e., registered nurse)
- English fluency (ability to read, write, speak)
- Travel of up to 25% is required for this position
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in clinical, science, or health-related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading Oncology cellular therapy clinical trials
