Job Summary
Clinical Project Manager responsible for delivery and management of local clinical studies, developing integrated study management plans, ensuring contract-compliant execution, monitoring progress, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring financial success and quality of delivery. Requires London-onsite work at least 3 days/week and UK visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field
- Minimum 3+ years as Project Manager
- 5+ years of clinical research experience
- Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of other related job areas (typically obtained through advanced education and experience)
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines
- Therapeutic area knowledge in Ophthalmology would be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including very good command of English
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to make decisions and drive results
- Planning, time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Results-oriented approach to delivery
- Good software and computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to work across geographies and understand cultural differences
- Understanding of project financials including contractual obligations and implications
- Willingness to work at Sponsor's office in London for at least 3 days per week
- Role not eligible for UK visa sponsorship
