Job Summary
Lead global/regional clinical trials from start-up through close-out, developing and executing study management plans aligned with contract and strategy. Manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation while serving as the primary contact for sponsors and vendors. Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards, and mentor project team members to drive operational excellence in Cardiovascular and Cell and Gene Therapy. This full-time, home-based role in Bogota requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, five years of clinical research experience, and strong therapeutic expertise. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience
- 1+ year in project management
- Strong therapeutic expertise in Cardiovascular and Cell and Gene Therapy
- Solid understanding of project financials and contract management
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards
