Job Summary
Clinical Project Management Director (Indication Director) on the East Coast responsible for operational delivery oversight of indication-level studies from phase II to submission, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing integrated study management plans, and ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-efficient execution. Acts as the primary liaison with the customer, drives risk management and problem solving, and champions continuous improvement. Requires proven biotech/pharma CRO experience, strategic planning, resource forecasting, GCP/regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field
- Minimum 12 years of industry, clinical research experience preferred
- Operational leadership in global trials
- Experience in resource forecasting and strategic planning for complex programs
