Job Summary
Clinical Program Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance for community-based behavioral health services. Responsibilities include supervising community support workers, offering clinical consultation for high-risk situations, monitoring program performance and consumer outcomes, coordinating staffing and service delivery, reviewing documentation for quality and compliance, partnering with leadership to improve operations, onboarding and workforce development, and collaborating with community partners and schools to enhance services and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active DC behavioral health license in good standing (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Three years of behavioral health experience
