Job Summary
Clinical Program Specialist for GHN leading development, implementation, and growth of EPC, MIH, and PCN initiatives. Focus on building clinical partnerships, expanding care models, coordinating across health systems, EMS, payors, public health, and community organizations to improve access and outcomes. Responsible for program development, stakeholder engagement, data/reporting, quality improvement, and cross-sector collaboration to drive care transformation and regional maternal-child health initiatives. Requires BSN, with 3+ years in healthcare settings and ability to travel regionally within Washington; role emphasizes partnership-building, care coordination, and patient-centered care models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare systems, clinical program coordination, population health, care transformation, public health, or related fields
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams and community partnerships
- Ability to travel regionally throughout South Central and Eastern Washington
