Job Summary
Lead daily operations of a residential psychiatric treatment unit on the Portland campus, providing clinical leadership, supervising clinical and milieu staff, and ensuring safety, stability, and therapeutic excellence for youth. Partner with leadership to strengthen program quality, staff development, and compliance with licensing, accreditation, and agency standards. Support budgeting, staffing, and resource management; serve as a communication bridge between frontline teams and agency leadership; champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Eligible for Oregon licensure as an LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, or MFT
- Ability to complete Oregon licensure requirements within 24 months of hire
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
