Job Summary
Implement regional surgery and orthopedic strategies across Oregon ministries to ensure quality outcomes and lead interdisciplinary care teams. Drive service line performance by optimizing value-based care, implementing new delivery models, and developing patient and community outreach. Provide oversight for program initiatives, analyze performance data, and lead clinical and leadership meetings to advance clinical improvement. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Oregon RN license, and six years of orthopedic experience with three years in a supervisory role. Full-time day shift position with driving requirements; salary and benefits available upon application.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role
- 6 years of experience practicing in acute, outpatient or other medical care environment in Orthopedics
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent years of experience/education in management, finance, and/or other administrative functions
- Experience and skill in conflict resolution
- History of working independently, with minimal supervision
- Experience working with physician practice operations and surgeons
- Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Experience as a project team leader
- Experience with strategy development and execution
