Job Summary
Lead and serve as an expert resource to evaluate, plan, develop, operationalize future department and organizational needs, and evaluate clinical programs and initiatives. Collaborate with system, divisions, regions, hospitals, clinical departments, and external colleagues to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of the STOC program. Drive representation to implement processes for ongoing, high-quality clinical and programmatic outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory, human resources, and organizational requirements in an efficient, reliable manner. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. If the bachelor’s degree is not in Nursing, then the master’s degree must be in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
- 3 years of Leadership experience.
