Job Summary
Clinical Program Manager supervises teams of therapists, case managers and peers; provides and supervises intensive case management and mental health services to adult clients in clinic, outreach and home settings; leads the daily operations of a supportive housing team; participates in program planning, implementation and evaluation, and helps develop supportive housing services; ensures services are clinically appropriate and authorized; develops and monitors grants and other financial initiatives to support the program; requires an LCSW-C license in Maryland and a Master’s degree in social work; on-site schedule is 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work with a license in Maryland as an LCSW-C
- Registered supervisor with the Board of Social Work Examiners
- Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- One year of experience providing supervision to staff and/or student learners required
- Three years of experience in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of chronic mental illness and substance use disorders preferred
- Three years of experience providing case management services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders preferred
