Clinical Program Manager, LCSW-C

Clinical Program Manager leads integrated teams of therapists, case managers and peers to oversee intensive case management and mental health services for adults in clinic, outreach, and home settings. Responsible for daily operations of a supportive housing team, participating in program planning, implementation and evaluation, and developing housing services. Supervises staff, models Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing and Housing First in clinical practice, coordinates case conferencing, conducts behavioral health assessments, develops integrated treatment plans with SMART goals, ensures documentation in the electronic health record, supports program changes and performance improvement, and mentors staff to address clinical and operational challenges. Requires a Master's in social work and Maryland LCSW-C license; on-site role with schedule 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday; must have valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
