Job Summary
Coordinate regional clinical practice initiatives and provide project-management support for clinical standardization and improvement efforts. Accountable for directing initiatives related to clinical improvement, standardization, operational excellence, and resource management to advance care delivery. Implement project solutions and support for multiple clinical work teams, perform quality data analysis and interpretation, and coordinate communications to and from clinical groups. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant area or experience
- Within 1 year PMI certification
- 4 years experience in a similar role in a comparable or larger institution
- Experience in project management across integration, scope, time, cost, quality, staffing, communications, risk, procurement; managing multiple related projects to achieve portfolio objectives
- Experience in financial business management and strategic development
- Demonstrated ability to work with upper management and key stakeholders collaboratively
- PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
