Job Summary
Design and evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans while conducting assessments to analyze data and adjust strategies. Supervise clinical staff through ongoing training, feedback, and support, and collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques. Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance, assist with scheduling and billing processes, and support new staff recruitment and onboarding. Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development to uphold core values of respect, drive, and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
