Job Summary
Manage and oversee assigned clinical research portfolios by developing project management plans, monitoring schedules, and tracking performance metrics. Lead work plan development, coordinate study initiation through closeout, and facilitate stakeholder meetings while identifying and escalating operational, regulatory, and financial risks. Support protocol development, IRB submissions, and regulatory activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance milestones. Assist investigators in achieving project objectives, prepare financial forecasts, and track expenditures to generate monthly status reports for leadership. Serve as a liaison between research programs, regulatory offices, and collaborating institutions to streamline communication and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Health and Medical Administrative Servies, Nursing, or similar field of study
- SOCRA Certification
- FAC-P/M Certification
- FAC-COR Certification
- PMP Certification
- Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP)
- Experience with clinical trial management systems and research databases
- Experience with technology transfer agreements, clinical trial agreements, cooperative research and development agreements, or related research partnerships
- Experience supporting NIH, NCI, academic medical centers, or federally funded research programs

- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
