Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in behavioral health programs
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the behavioral health field
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health services, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices
