Job Summary
Clinical Program Coordinator Intern role focusing on coordinating daily operational processes of behavioral health programs, reviewing case management documents for accuracy and compliance, learning and handling referrals, planning resources, developing program directives and training materials, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders, training and supporting program staff and interns, monitoring program progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, documenting policies and procedures, and promoting program initiatives through community outreach. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, leadership and teamwork abilities, data analysis for reporting, and a compassionate, ethical approach to behavioral health services.
Required Qualifications
- At least a year of Clinical Coordination experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in case management
- Knowledge of treatment plan writing, biopsychosocial assessments, and clinical documentation in the form of clinical summaries, clinical progress notes, and DAP format
- Willing to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting
- Willing to work onsite in Union, NJ
- Ability to commute to Union, NJ
