Job Summary
Clinical Program Coordinator responsible for coordinating behavioral health programs, including daily operational processes, case management and program development tasks, intake/data-entry, internship coordination, and Training materials. Leads program planning, resource allocation, and collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders; conducts needs assessments, monitors outcomes, produces regular reports, and ensures compliance with laws and ethical guidelines. Provides guidance to program staff, supports advocacy efforts, and stays current with trends and best practices in behavioral health; develops and maintains program documentation and policies, and supports marketing to increase community awareness. Must be onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ and have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of program coordination experience in behavioral health.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the behavioral health field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using relevant software and tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in behavioral health programs
- Willing to work onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ
