Clinical Program Coordinator - CCBHC

Provide administrative supervision to Clinicians, Care Coordinators, Support Specialists, and other related positions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, managers, and personnel to integrate and develop necessary treatment services. Monitor work performance, prepare personnel data, and conduct performance evaluations as assigned. Offer orientation, on-the-job training, and in-service training opportunities to ensure staff readiness and current practice standards. Assist staff in preparing documentation, including letters to court, evaluations, and professional correspondence. Work collaboratively with organizations to assure continuity of services and develop referral systems.
