Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Product Designer with 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. The role focuses on creating digital tools for clinical teams using advanced data visualization and SQL. The position is fully remote for candidates in Massachusetts only.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Advanced data visualization software experience (Looker, Tableau or PowerBI)
- Advanced SQL and data handling experience in BigQuery, SQLServer or similar
- Familiarity with ELT data modeling, especially dbt
- Experience in data modeling and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, results-oriented, organized, and flexible
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Population Health or STEM major or related field preferred
- Familiarity with clinical datasets and healthcare terms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Experience working with EHRs
- Ability to understand the big picture and how people, processes, and technology connect
