Job Summary
Triage clients over the phone, offering clear guidance and prioritising their needs before and after treatment for abortion and vasectomy procedures. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless care delivery while delivering safe, effective aftercare. Access ongoing training to maintain clinical skills sharp and up to date. Support clients with empathy, bringing compassion, courage, and care to every interaction on our 24-hour advice line. This hybrid role includes up to 6 weeks of onsite training.
