Job Summary
Triage clients over the phone, offering clear guidance and prioritising their needs before and after treatment for abortion and vasectomy procedures. Collaborate across teams to ensure every client feels fully supported while delivering safe, effective aftercare. Work within a 24-hour advice line environment, requiring full-time hours for four weeks of onsite training followed by part-time shifts of 22.5 to 30 hours per week. This hybrid role includes up to six weeks of tailored training to develop clinical expertise in sexual and reproductive healthcare services.
