Job Summary
Triage clients over the phone, offering clear guidance and prioritizing their needs before and after abortion and vasectomy procedures. Collaborate across teams to ensure every client feels fully supported while delivering safe, effective aftercare. Complete up to 6 weeks of onsite training to refine clinical skills for abortion and vasectomy procedures in a hybrid role. Maintain ongoing training to keep clinical skills sharp and up to date. Work 37.5 hours a week with flexible patterns on our 24-hour advice line.
