Job Summary
Triage clients over the phone, offering clear guidance and prioritising their needs before and after treatment. Collaborate across teams to ensure every client feels fully supported while delivering safe, effective aftercare for abortion and vasectomy procedures. You will receive up to 6 weeks of onsite training to build clinical expertise in a supportive, values-driven environment. This permanent role offers a salary of £34,600 - £38,479.96, 37.5 hours a week with flexible patterns, and includes 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off.
