Job Summary
Clinical Practicum Intern position for a second-year master's student in mental health programs to join Charlie Health's virtual care team. Under supervision of licensed clinicians, you will gain direct experience with high-acuity clients in a virtual IOP setting, participating in group, individual, and family sessions, observing and co-facilitating therapeutic interventions, and engaging in clinical supervision. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards, and pursuing ongoing learning in trauma-informed care, telehealth best practices, and care for high-acuity populations. Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in a master’s-level program in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
- Second-year master’s student by start of practicum/internship
- Prior clinical experience (internship, practicum, part-time or full-time)
- Interest in working with high-acuity populations and providing trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
