Clinical Practice Specialist RN-IMCU Full Time Days

Develop and implement education opportunities for staff based on needs assessments and system goals. Lead efforts to ensure quality clinical practice by monitoring quality report data, facilitating inter-professional teams for process improvement, and developing action plans for safety and practice areas. Mentor staff to maintain specialty certifications, identify knowledge gaps, and provide just-in-time teaching at the bedside. Participate in unit-based shared leadership meetings, LDOC reviews, and new employee orientation to support professional development and competency tracking. Collaborate with operational managers to improve clinical efficiency and assist in interpreting research findings for evidence-based practice guidelines.
