Job Summary
Clinical Practice Manager RN Cardiology leads nursing practice integration and education within a hospital setting. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices, develop and revise nursing policies and procedures, coordinate implementation of practice guidelines, provide staff education and training, mentor nursing staff, and conduct nursing research to inform practice improvements. Requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, 3+ years hospital nursing experience, and proficiency with Cerner, Word, and Outlook. Salary range provided; day-shift, full-time in Hendersonville, NC. Commitment to regulatory standards and professional practice guidelines is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- 3+ years active nursing experience in hospital
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Cerner experience
- Knowledge of nursing practice standards and regulatory standards (TJC, FL Board of Nursing)
- Strong communication and project-management skills
- Ability to mentor/coach nursing staff
- Education and training delivery experience
- Evidence-based practice implementation experience
